How it works
1. free health and energy review
Every programme begins with a free 30-minute telephone call. We’ll talk about your health, your goals, and the areas where you’d like support. Together, we’ll decide which level of support is right for you and book your programme start date.
2. before your initial consultation
Ahead of your first session, you'll complete a health questionnaire and 3-day food diary. This helps me understand more about you before we begin

We’ll meet for an in-depth review of your current health, symptoms, lifestyle, food habits, and any medications or supplements. I’ll explain your personalised programme in a clear and practical way, tailored to your needs and preferences.
Afterwards, you’ll receive:

4. your follow up consultations
(45 mins via zoom)
We’ll meet at agreed intervals to review your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you moving forward. After each session, you’ll receive an updated plan reflecting any changes we’ve discussed as well as any additional resources you need.
5. ongoing support
When your programme ends, you’ll have the option to continue with maintenance sessions or book one-off support calls whenever you need them. We’ll chat about the best option for you in your final session.
