I have spent the last 6 months working with Hannah. In addition to achieving my main weight loss goal, I have experienced so many more positive benefits. I feel I have introduced really healthy habits into my life, and these habits will help me to maintain my weight loss and even lose a few more more pounds.
I have more energy, better digestion and I am no longer prone to hormonal symptoms. One of the biggest benefits for me as that I am so much more confident, I can deal with stress better and I am no longer anxious. I feel happier in myself and I am body confident!
I now regularly plan my weekly meals and my food shop - the meals I cook are different and so is my food basket. But I love the new foods I am eating, and I love how great they make me feel - I can't see me ever going back to the way I was eating before.....it's my new norm!

I have been working with Hannah since the beginning of 2020 on nutrition to support my health. One of things we have been working on has been balancing my hormones. Every month I dread my period because for years it has been so painful I have been unable to work or function normally. Following the simple diet and lifestyle changes that I have made with Hannah I am so happy to say that for the last two months I have experienced no pain at all - I had forgotten how good life was without the pain, discomfort and tension that I experienced around my period. It's amazing. And it isn't just the changes to my periods that I have benefitted from - I have more energy, Im sleeping better and my digestion is working well. But the best bit is the changes that I have made have been really easy to include in my life - we have worked together to adapt my normal diet so I am still eating all the foods that I enjoy.

I contacted Hannah at the beginning of the year as I had digestive symptoms that were really affecting my life. every day.
I can honestly say that it was an inspired decision to go and see her. I took charge of my own body and now feel so much better. I have more energy and I feel in control of my food choices. No more pain and feeling horrible. The change in me is enormous and I was so surprised how quickly I felt better. In addition to resolving my digestive issues I have also lost weight and because that the changes that I have made are sustainable I know that I will not put the weight back on by following her advice. Hannah's advice has been clear and easy to follow. After each session she summarised what we had discussed and agreed with clear written recommendations and I could always ask for help away from the sessions. Why did I not see her sooner!

As I approached 60 I decided to tackle some long term problems of disrupted sleep caused by hot flushes; low mood and an afternoon energy dip. I found Hannah welcoming, warm and knowledgeable.
