​Crabtree Nutrition group nutrition and lifestyle programmes are designed with midlife women in mind. Running throughout the year, each programme explores a range of topics – from balancing your blood sugar to supporting your hormones, digestion and overall health – all in a relaxed, encouraging space.

With around 14 years of experience running groups, I’ve seen how powerful they can be. Women often tell me that being part of a small, friendly group of like-minded people keeps them motivated, supported and accountable as they work towards their health goals.
