Cherry power smoothie (Serves 1)

Boost your hormones with this creamy Cherry Power Smoothie—packed with delicious berries, nourishing flaxseeds, and a hint of nutty goodness.


Ingredients

1/2 ripe banana

1 handful fresh or frozen berries

1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

200ml. unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

A handful of spinach or kale for an added nutrient boost

1 scoop of protein powder (optional)


Method

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. If desired, adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk or ice cubes.

  3. Pour into a glass, and enjoy.
